Only a few doors up from our office in Wailuku, we were always intrigued by this aging 1925 Sears, Roebuck kit home. When the house unexpectedly went up for sale, we jumped at the opportunity to restore a piece of historic Wailuku Town. Our main objective was to preserve the original charm while infusing modern details and amenities. We always favor efficiency and simplicity in our projects and we had to make good on our word renovating this humble little house. We named her Ethel.
